Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates what a great class combo......

I just got home from the gym. I took the coolest class. It's a combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. I am already sore =) I think I'd really like to learn more about Tai Chi. I did feel a little silly making the movements but when I looked in the gym mirror they were really beautiful. After the class we were allowed 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. It was WONDERFUL! I feel so relaxed tonight.

I found a great website that I'm going to be using to learn more about Tai Chi. I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is interested in learning. So far, I like the Tai Chi stretch circle the best. Isn't stretching the best?


  1. I like the look of Tai Chi but i never really thought of it as exercise, especially exercise that leaves you sore.

  2. lol, the yoga and pilates made me sore. The tai chi was just relaxing.

    I have been wanting to take some yoga and tai chi classes for like EVER!
    The only thing is I'm too sick =/
    Hopefully when I'm well enough I can see if there is a restorative yoga class nearby that's inexpensive!

  4. A lady in my water aerobics class alternated between Tai Chi and aerobics class. She enjoyed it a lot. She's also in her 70s. I gave her kudus and snaps for it. I'd love to find a class to take.
