Automated Twitter Feeds...

I was sitting here today, on my day off, wondering how did I just spend 3 hours twittering, facebooking, responding to ETSY forum posts and reading about marketing tips. I'm thinking there has to be an easier way to market my business.

I was looking around Twitter and it seems there are a lot of automated feeds that add content to people's twitter account. I decided to visit Twitterfeed and add some RSS feeds that were interesting to me. This resulted in a bunch of interesting twitter posts with links to different sites.

I am wondering... is this annoying or a great way to customized your twitter account?
